Shipping policy

 

Please take your time and enter your correct e-mail and address. Items usually ships within 24-48 hours, except for Friday-Sunday. Any items purchased after 3pm CST will be shipped the following Monday unless Monday is a holiday. So please allow 2-3 business days for items to ship.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from urbangoddessboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Urban Goddess Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 1-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 24-48 hours to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.


How do I know if my shipment it on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow up to 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our #UrbanGoddesses, Urban Goddess Boutique reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Ordering Pre-Order items

Please note that when ordering a PRE-ORDER item shipping will be delayed due to the item not being available to ship UNTIL a later date. (Date of shipment will be noted in the items description.)

Friendly Reminder

Urban Goddess Boutique is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.

Urban Goddess Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. All domestic shipping has $50.00 insurance through USPS. Please file a claim at usps.com. If any issues should arise with the transit of your package, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
