WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN DAMAGED ITEM?
- Normally, we inspect all items carefully in order to ensure that you NEVER have this issue. However, if you find any damages to any items received, please notify us within 2 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE (weekends included) for a return authorization. Make sure to include your name, order number, & pictures of your issue. Upon your return for your damaged item being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information, for the returned item within 48 hours. After receiving and reviewing your item, we will then issue a store credit based on the determination of the damage.
- CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGED ITEM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY (WEEKENDS INCLUDED).
- No resolution will be offered for any issues that you contact us about outside of the 2 day period. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this, so please check over your items upon receipt.
