  • No, most items never restock so we suggest buying all of the items that you love before they sell out!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it has been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated.

 CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

  • Urban Goddess Boutique understands that ordering online is not easy. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it. Please Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

  • Our items sometimes sell out very quickly due to a high demand or occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item.
  • In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.

DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

  • No, our company does not offer pickup or delivery  options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address on file.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN DAMAGED ITEM? 

  • Normally, we inspect all items carefully in order to ensure that you never have this issue. However, if you find any damages to any items received,  please notify us within 2 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE (weekends included) for a return authorization. Make sure to include your name, order number, & pictures of your issue. Upon your return for your damaged item being authorized, you will have to submit tracking information, for the returned item within 48 hours. After receiving and reviewing your item, we will then issue a store credit based on the determination of the damage. 
  • CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGED ITEM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY (WEEKENDS INCLUDED).
  • No resolution will be offered for any issues that you contact us about outside of the 2 day period. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this, so please check over your items upon receipt.
